1:05
seminar and how to take your business to
1:07
the next level not just TV but it's it's
1:09
all businesses you know no matter what
1:12

1:15
Orlando I think it's December 4th if I'm
1:17
not mistaken and Kevin O'Leary and I
1:20
will be together there as well so it's
1:22
very exciting yeah when I heard about it
1:25
I saw it online and I thought it was
1:27
awesome I think it's great so yeah I
1:30
hope you can come out oh I'll be there
1:32
no doubt about it I want it I want to
1:34

1:38

1:41
be thrilled I've never met him
1:45
personally I've never met him I'm
1:47
meeting for the first time but I'm I'm
1:48
he's a pretty sharp dude I'll tell you
1:50
that ya hear that I hear that also so
1:53
now that's great I think it's gonna
1:54
you're gonna have a lot of fun and yeah
1:56
and I know that when you when you give
1:58
your talks it brings a lot of people out
2:00
so I just wanted to say I just wanted to
2:02
bring it up I thought of you thank you
2:04
very good so so you guys know I gave you
2:06
some background I gave how we do the
2:08
show before we started recording and I
2:11
want to get started I'm going to bring
2:13
Jeff
2:13
Breann and hopefully he's gonna Noah
2:16
convinced you to look at his product so
2:19
Geoffrey let's see it my friend
2:20
all right Geoffrey all right
2:24
hello my name is Geoffrey Lynn and I'm a
2:26
tenth grader at Valley Catholic High
2:28
School in Portland Oregon I partnered
2:30
with a nonprofit organization for fund
2:32
raising to save dogs from asia's dog
2:34
meat trade market the raw product called
2:36
Kosak years disposable pet shops I came
2:40
up with the idea while giving a bath to
2:42
my own dog Jeremy he's the dog on our
2:45
packaging imagine the scene the water
2:48
gets all over into my dog's ears he gets
2:50
very uncomfortable trying to run away
2:52
every second well I'm trying to hold him
2:54
and watch his body he shakes his head
2:58
getting water all over my face every
3:00
shower is a struggle additionally about
3:03
20% of dogs suffer from ear infections
3:05
the main cost is from water getting
3:07
trapped in dog's ears especially those
3:10
dogs with pointed ears in overhanging
3:12
ear flaps there's no such dog ear
3:14
protection product on the market right
3:16
now until my invention this is the
3:20
product it's more like a ring than a cap
3:23
as two openings with elastic bands on
3:25
each side what you can do is insert the
3:28
pet shower cap from the dog's mouth and
3:30
secure both enemies the pet shower cap
3:32
protects the dog's ears from running
3:34
water in Champion keeping the dog's ear
3:37
strike we can move around the shower I
3:40
at all angles then shampoo imprints the
3:44
dog's body cream the bath has never been
3:47
so easy and comfortable you can also
3:49
stretch the cap to cover the dog's eyes
3:51
if you need after the shower is done
3:53
simply dispose of the cap and use a
3:57
cotton ball between the dog's ears some
4:00
customers is the cap for dogs during the
4:02
rainy day or even swimming - our caps
4:06
come with to smize sizes small and large
4:09
each package has both pieces inside the
4:13
small size can either be used for cats
4:15
rabbits or any small animals these are
4:18
for one-time use only so there's no need
4:20
to clean or store we sold some one
4:22
Amazon but zero marketing even got a few
4:26
five-star custom
4:27
suggested it and dog Washington things
4:30
all dogs love it
4:31
pussy here's the Susan we'll finish our
4:34
cups thank you
4:35
all right Jeffrey very nice very not
4:39
first of all let me congratulate you on
4:42
on your entrepreneurial spirit did you
4:45
say 10th grade oh yeah yeah so I I
4:49
congratulate you and honor you for your
4:52
entrepreneurial spirit that is great so
4:55
I think that's just terrific of you have
4:58
you always been kind of a an idea person
5:01
always thinking of different things yeah
5:06
well that's great so I who's behind you
5:10
there oh that's my mom hey mom how you
5:13
doing move a little bit this way yeah
5:18
there you go now I can see all right
5:21
yeah terrific really
5:23
she was also great oh you're on a game
5:26
show or something I know you know that's
5:28
how bad a white started throwing things
5:32
in you did great you really did super
5:34
well let's talk about the product okay
5:37
you obviously are solving a problem and
5:41
I was not aware that there is no other
5:43
product out there on the market because
5:45
that focuses on that your infections for
5:48
dogs is that is that what you said yeah
5:50
Wow
5:52
no one's ever thought of doing that huh
5:55
that's okay well then that's good
5:58
obviously I would let me just pass along
6:02
a little friendly advice is then when
6:05
you talk about your product you want to
6:07
talk about the problem that you're
6:09
solving first okay because when you talk
6:13
about the problem you're solving is then
6:16
it resonates it makes it connects better
6:19
to other people because then they go
6:22
yeah I get that so always think about
6:24
the problem first and then your solution
6:28
which is your product I think about it
6:31
this way if I don't if I don't have the
6:33
problem that I really don't want the
6:34
solution you know what I mean so if you
6:37
talk about and explain that problem
6:40
like a little ray I'm just making this
6:42
up now you know every year over 100,000
6:46
dogs suffer from ear infections and it
6:49
creates pain and discomfort and until
6:52
now there's never been a way to help
6:54
them but now I had to come up with a way
6:56
to do exactly that see what I mean does
6:59
that make sense that's exactly what he
7:06
did
7:07
how much easy and how soft that means
7:11
yes yes yes you did a great job Jeffrey
7:14
you did a super job but just keep that
7:17
in mind going forward you know you want
7:18
to you want to talk about that prompt is
7:20
that's really the role of succeeding
7:23
with any product is that it solves a
7:26
problem and that's why you got to talk
7:29
about the problem first okay
7:30
the pet industry as you probably know is
7:32
just huge and and it's very big on the
7:35
TV shopping so I I definitely would like
7:39
to to get a sample carmine and his team
7:43
will be in touch with you to get a
7:45
sample and let's get in front of the
7:47
buyers and let's see what what can
7:49
happen you know you never know till you
7:51
try right what's the price point how
7:54
much you said you get one of each in the
7:57
package right yeah what's the price
8:00
twelve okay
8:04
twelve dollars oh no it's fifteen Oh
8:08
fifteen dollars okay focus you got 12
8:13
pieces inside well you get 12 pieces for
8:17
the fifteen dollars I got you okay okay
8:19
good good good good
8:20
alright so again Carmine's team will be
8:23
in oh there it is right there thanks mom
8:25
you got it yeah she's good she's great
8:28
yeah yeah she does a great job so so
8:32
like I said carmine and his team we'll
8:33
be in touch
8:34
you have any video on this yes we have
8:39
some some people adopt Renda who use it
8:42
he liked it and he recorded really our
8:45
facebook we gave it testimonial right
8:48
Wow
8:49
we went to some dog wash events we also
8:52
have some video
8:54
yeah you have you had the video of the
8:56
dog being washed yes okay yes so I think
9:00
you want to send that along to us as
9:02
well because it makes the product come
9:04
alive exactly
9:06
okay very good congratulations very good
9:09
Jeffrey thank you yeah okay so we're
9:12
gonna we're gonna get some samples a tad
9:13
Bob you don't want that with the dog
9:16
dough right no you can leave the dog
9:18
there I love dogs I have one over here
9:25
she sweated name is Bujji and that's
9:33
your dog all right it's dog night yeah
9:37
yeah keep that you don't have to send
9:38
the dog just send the product in the
9:41
video it will go from there
9:43
all right that's good a great job
9:44
Jeffrey great great super awesome
9:47
all right it's next all right so Jeffrey
9:51
unmute you if any of you guys have a
9:52
question you can type it into the chat
9:54
box and I'll unmute you if you want or I
9:55
can ask the question if any of you guys
9:57
listening so just let me know so I'm
9:59
gonna mute you Jeffrey great job hold on
10:01
one sec I am going to unmute Dan and
10:06
yeah we have Dan on and like I said he's
10:08
in he's in Hawaii what island are you on
10:10
Dan come on Big Island I've got the
10:15
Holocaust if you're familiar no that is
10:18
just that's God's country out there yeah
10:20
it's really amazing yeah how long you
10:24
been out there oh I been here since July
10:27
oh so you're a new resident yeah I've
10:31
been a couple couple months and then I'm
10:33
headed I'm usually in Southern
10:35
California so I'm heading back this
10:38
evening for a week or two oh great well
10:41
good to have you with us and what what
10:43
do you have for us tonight Dan thank you
10:45
good to be here I have I invented a
10:48
product called flipper remote and
10:51
flipper is a very simple television
10:54
remote control specifically designed for
10:57
elderly people with dementia low vision
11:01
blind and so I think once we get to a
11:05
certain age we begin to accept
11:06
Ariane's how our parents or grandparents
11:09
have problems operating the television
11:12
that's what happened with me and in my
11:14
case it was my father who developed
11:17
Alzheimer's and when visiting with him I
11:20
could see he wanted to watch the Golf
11:22
Channel but he couldn't even turn on the
11:25
TV so I looked for a solution and and
11:29
was not able to find one and so kind of
11:32
did a basic sketch and basic design and
11:35
pulled the string and broad brought it
11:38
to market so this is a hopefully you can
11:41
see it this is a in of it nice on off
11:45
channel volume the door slides down and
11:49
that hides the 0 through 9 and setup
11:51
buttons flipper has that proprietary
11:54
feature that you can program in the
11:57
users favorite channels and then it'll
12:00
lock so it'll only scroll through those
12:02
channels it's really helpful in the
12:05
sense that it can increase their
12:07
independence you don't need somebody to
12:09
help them watch what they want on
12:12
television and it also helps the
12:14
caregiver so that the caregiver doesn't
12:17
have to waste time or get the call at 11
12:19
o'clock at night to fix the television
12:22
and it gives them some confidence to
12:25
write I mean exactly
12:26
or I feel better about being able to do
12:29
it exactly and and it's it's quite
12:31
bizarre to say this but for some of my
12:36
customers this is the last independent
12:39
activity they're able to do you know
12:41
they some we had somebody cancer some
12:45
people who are bedridden and literally
12:47
operating you know the the remote
12:50
control is the last independent thing
12:52
you're able to do ok what's an
12:54
interesting device brought it began
12:56
designing in 2008 brought it to market
12:59
in 2009 so it's been on the market since
13:02
then sales every year sales been sales
13:06
are good they've increased every year
13:08
this year up again another 20% that's
13:12
all our channels and that's that's even
13:16
with some supply difficulties this year
13:18
so if that's the amount of stock and
13:19
we're still on
13:20
to beat last year year-over-year most
13:24
curious where are you marketing again
13:26
yeah mostly ecommerce mostly Amazon so
13:31
Amazon is our main distribution partner
13:33
United States Canada and Europe the
13:36
United Kingdom right and then we do have
13:39
a a wholesale business and our own
13:42
website but Amazon is the main channel
13:45
early doing third-party merchant with
13:49
the fill meant by Amazon but to also
13:51
have been a vendor to them on an
13:54
occasion depending on depending on the
13:57
season okay okay
13:59
you have some product enhancements going
14:03
forward one or two new models are
14:05
currently in design stage and we're
14:08
about to go to production on that we do
14:11
also want to revise the current model
14:14
make some improvements based on customer
14:17
preference and customer feedback and
14:20
we've also enhanced the the operating
14:23
system so that it now works soundbars
14:27
also so that the remote will work at
14:30
Sony's able and the sound bar so it's
14:32
really we do all the engineering and the
14:36
complicated stuff in the background we
14:38
keep the you know the user interface as
14:41
as simple as possible for the end user
14:44
right and you have it all patented and
14:46
everything
14:47
unfortunately there's there's not a
14:48
patent the early early advice on it was
14:52
not to not to try to go there there
14:56
would be an opportunity for a design
14:58
patent the it's questionable whether or
15:01
not a utility patent would it impossible
15:04
there are two or three main kind of
15:09
technology people in the remote control
15:11
businesses so there is a portfolio of
15:15
patents involving what they call macros
15:18
whether or not our favorite channel
15:20
feature would have violated that is
15:22
questionable buttons you know that the
15:25
prospect of dancing with that would have
15:27
been difficult what's the price point on
15:29
so the suggested retail is twenty nine
15:32
ninety five we actually push
15:35
that in the UK so we're up to 22 pounds
15:39
in the UK which is about equivalent in
15:42
Canada right now I have it at 50
15:45
Canadian dollars and I'm getting good
15:47
sell-through on that there might be an
15:50
opportunity to press the price a little
15:52
forward if it you know for truly mass
15:55
market we do have have good margins
15:59
where we can bring that down a little
16:00
bit and you said sales in Canada are
16:03
good - yeah and again it's you know it's
16:06
relative it's a much smaller market but
16:08
on on Amazon out of all television and
16:12
remote controls we're usually tough hot
16:14
wow that's great that's right the reason
16:16
I ask is I'm starting a new live
16:19
shopping show in Canada in a couple of
16:21
weeks it'll be on once every month so
16:25
looking for products for up there - so
16:28
okay well great I mean I think the
16:31
demographic and everything I think it's
16:34
you know right there within the
16:36
wheelhouse of TV shopping and we're two
16:40
for two I'd like to see a sample of it
16:42
and our minds team we'll be in touch
16:46
yeah I like it thank you Dan appreciate
16:49
it
16:49
yeah looks good there's one question I
16:52
know Bob wanted to ask and can you put
16:55
just an HSN button yeah Bob's house
17:13
that's per that remote is perfect for
17:15
him because there is no other channel
17:17
[Music]
17:18
[Laughter]
17:30
[Laughter]
17:32
okay that's great day then very cool and
17:35
I you know they're great guys I'm fine -
17:38
it looks good looks good
17:43
yeah I like it I like it so yeah then
17:45
we'll get in touch and if we can get
17:47
some samples for me that'll be good and
17:48
also as Bob mentioned - and everyone was
17:51
listening he's starting a channel up in
17:54
Canada which is a nightmare in itself I
17:57
mean which is great it really is but
17:59
yeah I mean they need products as well
18:01
we're doing a show up there it starts
18:03
and I think October 4th it starts and
18:06
it'll be on once a month and it'll be
18:10
it'll be it's just it's another outlet
18:12
you know to get your products out there
18:14
which is great oh yeah
18:16
all right cool well thank you very much
18:18
then great practice team like well thank
18:20
you very good well I'm just a bit be
18:24
food van eke van Kiki was it Vani
18:29
thankee thankee where is she let me
18:32
press the arrow I lost her
18:35
where'd she go yes she is you saw her
18:39
and you see her you gotta you got to
18:41
find your arrow I did I thought I
18:43
pressed it hold on
18:44
alright let me you know oh I have oh
18:47
there she is
18:48
I got her I am before you go hey I'm
18:53
gonna unmute Aaron I just want to test
18:55
the system
18:56
okay Aaron can you hear me I can hear
18:58
you can you hear me I can hear you my
19:00
friend I'm glad you made it wonderful I
19:02
appreciate it
19:04
alright give us a second give us a
19:06
second and we're gonna get you on one
19:08
minute
19:08
sounds great thank you alright
19:13
Venki let's go go ahead let's see what
19:16
you got e thank you thank you thank you
19:18
okay so my name is Venki I live in Santa
19:23
Monica California and I'm originally
19:25
from Norway my product is pillow type I
19:29
have traveled a lot transcontinental e
19:32
and I have that one
19:35
product in the market currently is the
19:39
neck pillow which is it comes in all
19:41
versions and they constantly improving
19:44
the pillow because really there
19:46
there is a problem with the pill and
19:47
that is that you fall over you are not
19:51
off and you wake up you nodding your
19:52
wake up and so one day I realized that
19:55
you know it's not the pill or there's
19:56
any moment there's tons of them on the
19:58
market what it is is that you it's not
20:01
stable so I made a makeshift rubber with
20:04
clips kind of pillow tie version that I
20:07
had in my head I flew to Miami on the
20:09
night flight and I slept the whole way
20:10
and I thought this is something that
20:14
could work so then I got it developed I
20:17
finally got it made after many trials
20:19
and errors and um and I've used it every
20:24
flight I go on and I sleep every time
20:26
I'm like six hours eight hours and don't
20:28
wake up but I used to wake up and wake
20:29
up on time anyway so I also have given
20:31
out a lot of samples I've been to trade
20:33
shows and I have a critique on Amazon I
20:38
have a website I have a video and let me
20:41
show you I have the product right now
20:43
and then I have a version I'm going to
20:45
develop so that I'll show you later
20:47
basically can you show me the one you
20:49
have now that's what you have now okay
20:53
yeah it comes a little pouch like this
20:57
right you open it up and there's a loop
21:03
and then there's a lock here so you
21:06
basically just want to each side of the
21:09
pillow can you see this yeah here this
21:17
is a mock-up of the seat so you hook it
21:19
on the back of the seat it doesn't
21:20
obstruct the video screen it doesn't
21:23
interfere with anything it fits under
21:26
all the new seat backs right now because
21:29
you know they're making them more and
21:30
more efficient and I just heard a
21:32
program about it the other day you know
21:35
how they're making this the finished
21:37
version and it fits onto that and once
21:40
you put it on you adjusted to fit your
21:43
height and you know how whether you know
21:46
you feel more comfortable with being
21:48
looser or tighter but basically it gives
21:51
you flexibility but it doesn't it
21:53
prevents you from falling over so that
21:55
is the killer tying the basics of it
21:59
I also have now I'm developing this is a
22:02
mock-up as well this is a killer
22:05
I actually got made because the backside
22:09
of the neck pillars often has too thick
22:11
so you sort of sit forward too much
22:13
this one is thinner in the back and more
22:17
volume is on the sides it also has a
22:22
tunnel I don't know I'm going to call it
22:24
but you put them the pillar type in so
22:27
it doesn't you know if you have it
22:28
placed in the right position and then
22:31
there's a little pocket here then you
22:33
can put it in when you're done so that
22:35
when you then get off the plane you have
22:39
everything in one purpose and this is
22:41
actually making this okay let me ask you
22:46
a couple the questions okay yes so this
22:49
is just for airline seats that's it
22:52
that's a good question I am it can be
22:55
used in cars trains but then I have a
22:59
utility patent and the patent is for the
23:02
hook because just you know I I talk to
23:05
my paddles learn about it because I
23:06
would develop wafers for a car but then
23:10
it becomes like a lanyard for for
23:12
molasses so I can't get a patent on that
23:15
but that's a next version I can I can
23:18
you know I have friends that actually
23:20
use it you know it is like a comfortable
23:24
chair and then sometimes they fall
23:26
asleep you from the TV they're held up
23:28
CPR you can use it for other uses also
23:30
in front of the computer it may be but
23:33
you know I have a chiropractor in an ER
23:35
for path that it looked at it you know
23:37
and they they completely endorse the
23:40
idea of holding your neck because you
23:42
get a kink Nick you don't get rest and
23:44
you feel awful when you arrive at your
23:46
destination and you see on the back I
23:49
chose it doesn't obstruct anything on
23:53
the backside so if I'm sitting behind
23:54
you yeah yeah yeah I'm gonna say why are
23:58
these cords here
23:59
no why are what if I'm sitting
24:05:00
behind you on the plane what am i seeing
24:09:00
from your product this is very short
24:12:00
this is very short right the backside so
24:15:00
when you hook it on it's very thin and
24:18:00
very short and every time I use it I ask
24:20:00
people does it obstruct and they say no
24:22:00
good I know that's the first thing
24:24:00
people think about yeah this is only
24:27:00
actually this one it's it's the economy
24:31:00
seats and the premium economy seats that
24:34:00
it fits out now as that as the seat
24:37:00
seats are being changed their business
24:40:00
class seats are now intercontinental
24:43:00
they are the same dimension the thin
24:45:00
ones but the transcontinental are a
24:48:00
little bit different because you know
24:49:00
they recline but people who fly business
24:51:00
class they don't need it anyway because
24:53:00
you're accommodating in that area well
24:55:00
so this is you know there's there's
24:57:00
gonna be I think in 2018 a trillion
24:59:00
people traveling per year there's any
25:01:00
millions and millions and millions of
25:02:00
these pillars soul so the people who
25:05:00
actually have used it I have people who
25:08:00
talk about on my website it doesn't look
25:11:00
like much it's not very sexy product but
25:13:00
it really works
25:14:00
no it's really thousands but it's hard
25:16:00
to get it on the market because there's
25:19:00
nothing like that exists so when I say
25:21:00
pillow type doesn't ring a bell for
25:23:00
anyone well I had it come up when you
25:25:00
type in neck pillow so there's a
25:27:00
rotation of Amazon but it's like 10
25:30:00
pages so to get it sort of out there
25:33:00
it's hard but I but I have I just need
25:36:00
an exposure because it should I think
25:38:00
everybody loves it okay so let me ask
25:41:00
you so you're not selling it anywhere
25:43:00
right now yes I sell it on Amazon
25:46:00
my name is not oh I'm sorry okay how
25:48:00
much is it just the pillow tie is
25:52:00
currently $14.99 no and with the pillow
25:56:00
I'm estimating 2020 4.99
26:00:00
now that price as you know everything
26:03:00
about you might go down if I have bigger
26:06:00
orders
26:08:00
okay let me ask you have you contacted
26:11:00
any pillow companies for them to carry
26:15:00
this accessory so I have
26:18:00
yes exactly so I I was at the trial
26:22:00
glance showing you Las Vegas in April or
26:26:00
May and I spoke to cabo I spoke to
26:29:00
clouds as well and they were all very
26:31:00
excited about it I met with Carla when I
26:34:00
got back here but there is a little bit
26:37:00
of a conflict because what they have to
26:38:00
say is that our pillars are kind of set
26:41:00
adequate you see so I think that they my
26:45:00
best went way to go with this is to to
26:48:00
great roll pillow so I'm just another
26:51:00
you know if you see the the pillow that
26:53:00
comes with the time I think that and I
26:56:00
sort of explained that this holds a
26:58:00
pillow up it's a pillow so you might as
27:00:00
well buy this one as the other one but I
27:02:00
think that you know I had several
27:04:00
meetings with probably I think that they
27:06:00
are
27:07:00
I know if you know caliber but they're I
27:08:00
think they're the biggest they sell the
27:12:00
most pillows and worldwide and you know
27:15:00
but they focus on these fairly hard very
27:19:00
high this is a cobbler but this is a
27:22:00
beam version but it's so it's like I
27:26:00
have a neck brace on yeah and so it
27:29:00
doesn't it's not that conducive with my
27:31:00
product and it kind of that's the way
27:33:00
they but then you're kind of stuck in
27:35:00
this position it's left guys so go ahead
27:40:00
know
27:41:00
so the see what you created the reason I
27:45:00
asked you about the pillow companies is
27:47:00
you've created kind of a niche product
27:49:00
it's good for airlines okay yes but it's
27:53:00
a large niche there's no doubt about it
27:55:00
it's a huge niche so there are and what
28:00:00
you're developing is going to be for
28:02:00
other seats other uses or the one you
28:06:00
have right now well well I haven't
28:09:00
gotten there yet but in my mind you know
28:11:00
just have to kind of and get this going
28:13:00
first is for trains for cars and even if
28:17:00
you're sitting in a comfortable chair at
28:20:00
home and you're really something any
28:22:00
fall asleep or you're in front of the
28:24:00
computer kind of hold your neck in place
28:26:00
because you tend to kind of hurt like
28:29:00
you do follow an eye because you would
28:32:00
be a very very
28:33:00
good spokesperson okay so I'd like for
28:36:00
you to do and you can do this on your
28:38:00
iPhone it doesn't have to be you know
28:40:00
professionally done or anything you can
28:42:00
do right on your iPhone I just want you
28:43:00
to do a little pitch like a two three
28:45:00
minute pitch on your product okay but I
28:48:00
want to see you the whole time and I
28:52:00
want you to send that to Karma
28:53:00
okay I want them I want the people that
28:57:00
HSN to see to look at and and instead of
29:01:00
me trying to describe it or hand them
29:03:00
this they need to see you because you're
29:07:00
very uh you know persuasive on it and
29:09:00
you know your product very well
29:11:00
obviously so I want them to see you
29:14:00
okay I will do that I just want to let
29:17:00
you know if I can show you if you can
29:20:00
see this I have a video on my website
29:23:00
that explains nutriments it's not me you
29:31:00
want to see it but me I want and then we
29:36:00
can refer them to the website they can
29:38:00
watch okay see how to video okay alright
29:42:00
carmine we'll be in touch very good yes
29:44:00
yeah you do this job very nice job very
29:47:00
cool thank you you don't you don't want
29:49:00
me doing that I'll get that string
29:51:00
around my neck
29:51:00
hey well I'm just wondering about any
29:54:00
are there any safety I mean they're you
29:59:00
know courts are everywhere you you have
30:01:00
your court for your iPhone you have your
30:03:00
court for your a jacket or your backpack
30:06:00
the courts everywhere please mister I'll
30:08:00
sit on the next pillow and there's no
30:10:00
way you can ruin it the back part is not
30:13:00
completely done it like hooks over a
30:16:00
little bit so what so that that's good
30:18:00
alright send it send that bit carmine
30:20:00
we'll be in touch of did you do that
30:21:00
video and again I don't care you can do
30:23:00
it right where you are right now okay it
30:26:00
doesn't matter I don't want you spending
30:28:00
any money to do it just do it on your
30:31:00
iPhone or whatever okay right quad and
30:33:00
don't try to hold up the iPhone you know
30:36:00
put it on a tripod or something so it's
30:38:00
painful and then and then do it that way
30:41:00
okay okay all right
30:43:00
nice video very nicely done very good
30:45:00
very good
30:46:00
yeah all right hold on one sec here let
30:49:00
me unmute Aaron you made it my friend
30:52:00
yay Aaron is there I was getting a
30:56:00
little worried hi Aaron how are you I'm
30:58:00
doing very well how are you sir fine
31:01:00
who's that little guy next to you he's
31:03:00
the good-looking son of mine Peyton
31:06:00
what's his name Peyton hey Peyton how
31:10:00
are you nice to meet you thank you thank
31:14:00
you thank you so tell us what you have
31:16:00
well I first wanted to thank you for the
31:19:00
opportunity I've been a flexibility
31:22:00
therapist for 17 years and typically
31:26:00
when I tell people what I do for
31:28:00
I mean I get strange looks they have no
31:31:00
idea what I mean
31:32:00
I have flexibility therapists I
31:35:00
literally take a person and stretch them
31:38:00
from head to toe Wow and so I've been
31:41:00
very lucky to work with a bunch of
31:44:00
different body types and a bunch of
31:46:00
different problems and the problem is is
31:50:00
we just have too many people that are
31:54:00
too tight so the reason for this is many
31:59:00
different reasons we have our daily jobs
32:04:00
which make us sit all day long or even
32:07:00
our daily hobbies such as gardening or
32:10:00
golfing or even just riding the bike or
32:14:00
running it all that makes us tight so we
32:19:00
have many different factors also that
32:20:00
make us tight from genetics and diet as
32:23:00
well so my product that I've come up
32:26:00
with is called the tea stretch now the
32:29:00
tea stretch is a stretching strap that
32:33:00
actually people can use to assist them
32:35:00
with their stretching exercises I
32:38:00
created the strap for several reasons
32:40:00
first I wasn't a big fan of the other
32:44:00
straps that were on the market yeah
32:46:00
opinion as a flexibility therapists they
32:49:00
don't have the ability to isolate the
32:51:00
muscles that I wanted them to second I
32:54:00
wanted to create something that would
32:56:00
stay on the leg instead of having to
32:59:00
reposition the strap on the leg or the
33:02:00
foot and lastly I really wanted to
33:05:00
create a tool that all of my clients
33:08:00
could use I was working with a lady that
33:12:00
just had her knee replaced and she was
33:15:00
having a very difficult time getting her
33:17:00
leg fully extended so I gave her my very
33:22:00
first prototype and she took it home and
33:26:00
she told me anyway that she used it
33:28:00
every single day and it really did make
33:30:00
a big difference with her recovery
33:32:00
so can you demonstrate this absolutely
33:35:00
that's why I have this good-looking guy
33:37:00
all right Peyton's gonna do it huh so
33:39:00
I'm gonna have Paige just go ahead and
33:41:00
sit down
33:42:00
okay so how it works is you put the
33:48:00
strap on the back of the leg and there's
33:50:00
no cro-- cinches around it alright so
33:54:00
then we go underneath the leg here and
33:56:00
underneath the heel up to the bottom of
33:59:00
the foot and then he can take the handle
34:02:00
here and pull it back
34:05:00
this right here is stretching his calf
34:08:00
so and he controls the pressure he
34:11:00
controls the pressure exactly so now he
34:14:00
lays back pulls that leg up now we're
34:19:00
not just getting the calf but we're also
34:22:00
getting the hamstring as well Wow so
34:26:00
again from here he can now bring it all
34:28:00
different directions bringing it to the
34:29:00
side which will stretch the inside of
34:32:00
his leg bring it to the other side which
34:35:00
will stretch the outside and his hip I
34:37:00
actually have developed a website as
34:40:00
well that we have 33 different stretches
34:43:00
on the website so when the person buys
34:47:00
the product they're gonna know what to
34:49:00
do with it right let me ask you Aaron
34:52:00
what's the overall benefit of stretching
34:54:00
great job Peyton great job buddy
34:57:00
what what's the overall benefit you know
35:02:00
the overall benefit it really depends on
35:04:00
the person we have so many people that
35:07:00
have lack of blood flow and lack of
35:10:00
oxygen flow people don't realize that
35:13:00
when your muscles get really tight right
35:16:00
tricks on those blood vessels the other
35:19:00
thing that it does is it helps with
35:21:00
people that have arthritis when your
35:24:00
muscles get tight it actually pulls on
35:28:00
those joints so it it creates more
35:31:00
friction within the joint I like it I
35:34:00
like it a lot are there any clinical
35:38:00
studies done or anything like that
35:41:00
because when it comes to TV shopping
35:43:00
they are very very careful as they
35:45:00
should be about making claims absolutely
35:49:00
yeah so any claim has to really be
35:52:00
substantiated many different ways
35:55:00
absolutely any clinicals or anything
35:58:00
that can help in that you know there's a
36:00:00
bunch of different studies about
36:02:00
stretching in general I haven't really
36:05:00
done any studies per se with the strap
36:09:00
but there have been a bunch of different
36:12:00
studies about how stretching can really
36:15:00
affect you might want to you might want
36:18:00
to check those out and maybe extract a
36:21:00
few kind of flames that could be
36:24:00
statistically backed up okay you know
36:28:00
what I mean just what's the price point
36:30:00
of this you're selling it for $29.99
36:33:00
okay and and through what Amazon or as a
36:37:00
matter of fact we just started selling
36:39:00
we're selling it through our website
36:41:00
right now and getting it on Amazon here
36:44:00
as soon as we can okay
36:46:00
our sales pretty good or sales have
36:48:00
started off well yes but we need to
36:51:00
definitely hit some other markets and
36:54:00
you need the mass exposure we do
36:57:00
definitely okay okay good good good all
37:00:00
right why I think I think I'd like to
37:03:00
see this one - my goodness all the items
37:05:00
tonight though usually there's always
37:07:00
one or two that you know maybe maybe not
37:11:00
but I could see all the items tonight
37:13:00
doing something okay all right so
37:16:00
carmine we'll be in touch and on your
37:19:00
website is there a demo there is a demo
37:23:00
on how to put it on and there are 33
37:27:00
different stretches there's pictures of
37:30:00
how to do and instructions on how to use
37:32:00
it as well okay because that's where
37:34:00
they like to go you know to check things
37:36:00
out and you would be the spokesperson I
37:39:00
would imagine right I will be yes okay
37:41:00
and your flex ologist is that what it's
37:44:00
called I'm a I call myself a flexibility
37:47:00
therapist flexibility therapist and
37:51:00
you're right I would have no idea before
37:54:00
talking to you what that was you know I
37:56:00
would imagine you know you're probably
37:58:00
somebody who is pretty flexible I would
38:00:00
think well it's something that I have to
38:03:00
work on it on a daily basis as well we
38:06:00
probably all do to a point you know
38:08:00
that's right
38:09:00
well what do you what's your regular
38:11:00
occupation or what do you do that's that
38:14:00
is literally what I do
38:15:00
Oh like a chiropractor type right it I
38:19:00
deal primarily just with the muscles oh
38:21:00
that's great yes we're good for you
38:24:00
